- Everybody is against the bandhs, hartals and jams but hardly come forward with a solution. It is the tendency of the Opposition to point out the government in power but difficult to solve the same problem, if when they themselves are in power. The bandhs should be totally banned as these do not lead to any conclusions except harassment to the public and monetary loss to the nation. The recent bandh was against the rise in price of petrol and diesel and let the people sacrifice by stop using the vehicles for a week’s time to teach a lesson to the oil companies by making surplus in the market and this will compel them to reduce the price. What we should do ? We should replace the bandhs with more work culture amongst the people.
